Purpose

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we inform you that the data you provide or in any case acquired will be processed by MAGH Elettronica S.N.C., in paper and IT / telematic methods:

a) for the performance of the service requested by you, for the fulfillment of the related legal obligations, as well as for the activities connected and instrumental to the management of the contractual relationship;

b) for promotional and advertising purposes of a commercial nature, marketing activities, for the forwarding of material / offers by means of the various mailing systems, as well as for information on the initiatives / events organized;

Nature of the treatment

For the purposes referred to in points a), b), c) the provision of data is MANDATORY. In particular, the data required by the REGISTRATION FORM (EMAIL - NAME - SURNAME - ADDRESS) are MANDATORY. In the absence / deficiency of the provision of such data, it will not be possible to provide the service. Your personal data will NOT be disclosed or communicated to third parties unrelated to the process of performing the requested service or for the purposes indicated, nor transferred abroad, except in compliance with the art. 43 et seq. of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The Data Controller adopts all the physical and logical measures suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data, in compliance with articles 31 and ss. of the legislative decree n. 196/2003, with controlled and limited access to data to authorized subjects. Payment data will be processed directly by PAYPAL (Europe) Sàrl & Cie, SCA, in accordance with the information provided by the latter together with the terms of use of the service. Right of access to personal data and other rights (Art. 7 DLGS 196/2003)

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.


2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;

c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

d) of the identity of the owner, of the managers and of the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, c. 2;

e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.


3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; < / p>

c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.


4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

In accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data MAGH Elettronica S.N.C. grants registered users of this site the following rights:


Right of access (art.15)

• The right of access provides in any case the right to receive a copy of the personal data being processed.

• The information that the owner must provide does not include the "modalities" of the treatment, while it is necessary to indicate the expected retention period or, if not possible, the criteria used to define this period, as well as the guarantees applied in case for data transfer to third countries.


The "registered" user can view all their data stored on this website by logging in after logging in.


Unregistered users (commonly referred to as "guests" or "guests") who made a purchase on this site do not have a personal restricted area.

These users can also request, using the contact form, information on personal data stored on this site.

MAGH Elettronica S.N.C. undertakes to respond quickly to requests made by these users.


Right of cancellation (right to be forgotten) (art.17)

• The so-called "oblivion" right is configured as a right to erasure one's personal data in a reinforced form. In fact, there is an obligation for the owners (if they have "made public" the personal data of the interested party: for example, by publishing them on a website) to inform the owner of the cancellation request for other data controllers who process the deleted personal data, including "Any link, copy or reproduction" (see art. 17, paragraph 2).

All registered "users" and also "guest" or "guest" users can at any time request, using the contact form, the cancellation of their data stored on this site.

MAGH Elettronica S.N.C. undertakes to satisfy requests for deletion of data in a reasonable time.

Before the definitive cancellation, the applicant will be notified by email of the start of the cancellation procedure.

DATA RETENTION

Your data is stored on servers equipped with all the most modern protection and security systems, located within the EU. Specifically, your data is stored on an OVH server to which we refer you for detailed information regarding the Privacy Policy and the security technologies used.

With the exception of cases where the user specifically requests the deletion of their data from the database of this site, all data relating to the individual user and his purchases are kept on this site for a period of 26 months ( twenty-six) since the last purchase made.

This data retention period corresponds to the period of validity of the "Legal Guarantee of Conformity" envisaged by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.), this Guarantee protects the consumer in case of purchase of defective products, which malfunction or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or to which that good is generally intended.


Exceptions

The deletion of data from this site does not imply the elimination of any tax documents issued (invoices, receipts, delivery notes, etc.) which will be kept according to the provisions of the current Civil and Tax regulations, or for 10 (ten) years from the date of issue.
